Party People Only
EDO II was definitely not what I expected. This does NOT seem to be the place for the younger, single person looking to meet other single people. At least, not when we went. But, most of the staff did say that we arrived just in time for “dead season”. So, I have hope for the future. There were a lot of older people on the resort. Saw some things I wish I didn’t see and didn’t see a lot of things I wanted to see. But, that’s the beauty of this place. No one cares and/or discriminates here. You are what you are and you can do whatever you want to do. No one will question or criticize you for it. This place is all about getting to go to a place where you can do whatever the #@#$ you want to do without having to worry about it. The service and staff at this place are 1st rate. Everyone is really, really friendly, courteous and helpful. I could not ask for better service. The facilities were 1st rate. Everything was clean and kept up to condition. The food was great at the Pastafari and the Japanese Steakhouse. Even the buffet food was really good. There is more than enough on the resort for you to spend your entire vacation on it, but I do recommend that you get off and do the guided tours and definitely visit Rick’s Cafe and Pirates Cave Rest. As far as the partying goes, this is definitely the place to be. My only gripe is that Red Stripe is the only beer served. This is undoubtedly a great place to go and party. Just make sure you go during peak season and/or bring a group with you. Be ready to party and go with an open mind.
